Return Policy
We are very confident in the quality of our products and have a 1 week return policy on online orders within the unlisted conditions.( This does not apply to in store purchase, all in store purchase is final).
For Domestic Orders
All product returns require an authorization. Please call our customer service line to receive instructions on returning. All subjective returns (where there has been no mistake from our end) will be assessed a 20% administrative and processing fee, or a minimum of N3,000, whichever is greater.
When returning a product, all we ask is that we are informed immediately received of intentions to return, that the product is returned the product is returned immediately in saleable condition, sealed (with the seal unbroken) and in its original packaging to receive credit due on the cost of goods (excludes shipping charges).
Returns that do not meet this criteria will be refused. Please note that items that are indicated as samples, special order, final sale or liquidation cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please note that drum orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
All sale is finale and not returnable.

By agreeing to the terms of this website customers shipping internationally accept the terms of our NON-CONTINENTIAL SHIPPING WAIVER.
This denotes that Skin Foodie will not be responsible for any charges incurred outside the shipping cost charged at order checkout. This includes custom charges at the delivery destination and other surcharges. Skin foodie would also not be responsible for loss, damage or delays that may result when shipping internationally.
- All orders will be shipped by DHL OR FedEx and may take between 7-15 Business days.
- In the event of dispute, Skin Foodie will be released of all responsibility once proof of shipping has been produced.
- The customer is responsible for meeting the requirement for custom clearance within its territory, and where they fail to do this and the shipment is returned, we would only offer *store credit.
- *Store credit received, would exclude shipping fee, the return shipping cost as well as a 20% administration and processing fee charged on the value of the order (This excludes shipping cost).
- For international orders, all sale is finale and NOT returnable.

I would like to return the product beyond the allowed 1 weeks. Can this be done?
Returns beyond the allotted return period require the approval of a Manager and will be allowed solely at the discretion of Skin Foodie. In all cases, a 20% administrative and processing fee will be assessed.
For International Orders

Can I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?
Unfortunately no.
Once an order has been confirmed we will not accept any additions or deletions.
Should you wish to have any item removed after the order has been packed, a 20% administrative and processing fee will be applied to cover the cost of removing the item(s) and repacking the order. The fee will be N3,000 or 20% of the cost of the items removed, whichever is the greater amount.
Any additions will be treated as a new order with all applicable guidelines. Â Please ensure that all orders are accurate prior to finalizing.
What if I want to cancel my order after it has been placed?
Processing times may vary slightly depending upon the season, but in most cases, your online order would have undergone processing in less than 24 hours. Because our orders are processed so quickly, orders that have been canceled before shipping, but after they have been confirmed and filled, will be charged a N3,000 or 20% administrative and processing fee, whichever is greater. If delivery of an order is refused, customers will bear the entire cost of the return shipment, as well as a N3,000 or 20% administrative and processing fee, whichever is greater, to cover labor and packaging materials. On this, there can be no exceptions.
